DESIGN SERVICES BY KRISTOPHER SWICK

Kristopher is a versatile designer based in Los Angeles. His work spans furniture, lighting, graphic, interior, building, landscape, and urban design.

He believes design should be driven, first-and-foremost, by the preferences and wellbeing of the user:“As a ‘Client’s Designer,’ I prioritize your budget and stylistic preferences to help make your vision a reality!”

Kris earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.), where he explored advanced manufacturing and computational technologies in design. He earned his Master of Architecture from UC Berkeley’s College of Environmental Design, where he envisioned a platform for participatory design in multifamily housing development.

He has worked as a designer at Stephen Phillips Architects, Kovac Design Studio, Byben, M.AD.A.spam (in both China and LA), and GEI Development.

He has also produced arts programming in various venues and forms, and is the Director of the Collective Arts Incubator (CAI). CAI is a collective of residences, creative small businesses, and shared community spaces that hosts independent arts programming.
